USA Made Factory is committed to shipping high-quality carbon fiber tubes and composite products in a timely and secure manner. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Processing Time

  • In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Custom, cut-to-length, or made-to-order products require additional processing time and will ship according to the lead time provided at checkout or during quoting.

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.


2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

USA Made Factory ships orders using reputable carriers such as:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • USPS

  • Freight carriers (for oversized or bulk orders)

Shipping method availability depends on product size, weight, and destination.


3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.

  • Freight shipments may require a custom quote.

  • Any additional fees (such as residential delivery, liftgate service, or accessorial charges) are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • We currently ship throughout the United States.

  • Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

  • USA Made Factory is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or events beyond our control.


5. International Shipping

  • We DO NOT offer international shipping at the moment


6. Oversized & Freight Shipments

Carbon fiber tubes are often oversized and may require:

  • Freight shipping

  • Special handling

  • Commercial delivery locations

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information, including delivery location and unloading capability.


7. Order Tracking

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor shipment progress and ensure availability for delivery.


8. Shipping Damage & Lost Packages

  • All shipments should be inspected immediately upon delivery.

  • Any visible damage must be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery.

  • Claims for shipping damage or missing items must be reported to USA Made Factory within 48 hours of delivery.

USA Made Factory is not responsible for damage or loss once the shipment has been transferred to the carrier, but we will assist with filing claims when possible.


9. Incorrect Shipping Information

USA Made Factory is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Reshipment fees may apply.


10. Local Pickup

  • Pickup must be scheduled in advance

  • Orders must be picked up within the agreed timeframe

  • Valid identification may be required


11. Shipping Policy Updates

USA Made Factory reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page.
