3. Products & Services

USA Made Factory manufactures and sells carbon fiber tubes, composite tubes, and related components (“Products”) for a variety of applications, including but not limited to recreational, industrial, and commercial uses.

We reserve the right to:

  • Discontinue products

  • Limit quantities

  • Refuse service or orders at our discretion

4. Intended Use & Material Disclaimer

Our Products are sold as raw or semi-finished components and are intended for use by knowledgeable customers.

Unless explicitly stated in writing:

  • Products are NOT certified for aerospace, aviation, medical, life-saving, or structural load-bearing applications.

  • USA Made Factory makes no representation that Products meet any specific industry certification, regulation, or standard.

  • The customer is solely responsible for determining product suitability for their intended use.

Improper use, modification, or application of carbon fiber materials can result in product failure, property damage, or personal injury.

5. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

  • Full payment is required before orders are processed or shipped.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to pricing errors, availability, or suspected misuse.

  • Taxes, duties, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout or invoicing.

6. Custom & Cut-to-Length Orders

Custom, cut-to-length, or made-to-order Products:

  • Are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.

  • May have longer lead times.

  • Cannot be canceled once production has begun.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. USA Made Factory is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or damaged shipments once transferred to the carrier

  • Events beyond our control (weather, labor disruptions, etc.)

8. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Returns, refunds, and warranties are governed by our Return & Warranty Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Products must be inspected upon receipt. Any claims for damage or defects must be reported promptly.

9. Intellectual Property

All Site content, including but not limited to:

  • Text

  • Images

  • Technical data

  • Drawings

  • Logos

  • Product descriptions

is the intellectual property of USA Made Factory and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
